Experimental evaluation of structure formation in solutions of biopolymer mixtures and prediction of the properties for biomedical materials obtained

The experimental evaluation of structure formation in solutions individual polymers, as well their mixtures with other polymers order to predict the properties materials obtained on basis was aim this work. We used chitosan, sodium salt chitosan succinyl, carboxymethyl cellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol. Distilled water, 1 % acetic acid, buffer systems based acid acetate pH = 3.80, 4.25, 4.75 were solvents. It found that type aggregates formed polymer is determined by nature solvent concentration initial solution. A correlation has been shown between some physicochemical film from solutions, namely, degree enzymatic hydrolysis, rate water vapor sorption materials. Thus, studies carried out show varying solvent, it possible control mixed and, therefore, resulting composites.
